I had a similiar situation happen to me. I've had low risk HPV since 2005, and mine didn't go away at first either. I went on Aldara, and the first treatment didn't work out, the second did the trick, and the warts cleared right up! I'm a big advocate of Aldara, it seems to work great for a lot of people.
